Booking System
MiBaseNZ has created a Booking System for admin, members, and the public to be able to book the day and time to visit the Toy Library under the Traffic Light system.
This module doesn’t need a reservation system and it’s connected to the Days & Times page.

New button in the Reserve menu
Go to Reserve -> Booking System
5 simple settings
#300 – booking_active: Do you want to activate the Booking System or the Click and Collect on your member website?
#301 – member_allowed: How many members are allowed to come per slot?
#302 – minutes_slots: How many minutes per each slot?
#304 – booking_public: Do you want to activate the Booking System on your public website? If Yes, you will see a new page on your public website.
#305 – covid_vaccine: The Toy Library can activate the drop-down option to ask if the member or a visitor is vaccinated or not for covid19.
Content and Title for the Member and Public Website
To personalise your Booking System page, you can edit to your liking the title and content of the Member and Public Website content page.
Booking List
You can see on this page a list of all the bookings made by admin, members, and Public on the Member and Public Website. The dates and times are taken from what is set up on the Days and Times page.
Admin: Add a booking
An Admin can add a booking for a member to come.
Member: Add a booking
Members are able to book the day/time from the member website.
No reservation needed.
Custom email template
Once a member has made a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to their email address.
Admin can edit this template to their liking under setup.
Admin email
An email will also be sent to the toy library email address informing admin a new booking has been registered.
Public: Add a booking
A non-member can book a spot if she/he want to visit the toy library but she/he is not a member yet.
