Committee Premium Module
The Committee module will help Toy Libraries to manage their volunteer work in an easy and fast way.
The module provides a Committee page with the list of members and if they have keys or bank access, each Committee has their own personal details page and individual timesheet. There is the section with meetings, minutes, and events, so, everything a Toy Library will need.
This module will have different sections. The yellow sections, free for everyone, are Toy Library Legal information page and committee page list and detail. The orange sections, free only for Platinum Hosting/Setup, are Committee Timesheet, Events and Meetings Page with details, and the Home Page has the Current month activities and the Event/Meeting Calendar for the current month and 2 next months.

The Free home page doesn’t have any information only the info about the module.
Toy Library Legal Information
All Legal information like Toy Library Name, charity link, charity number, NZBS number, Toy Library Federation link, and when the toy library has been incorporated the first time.
This page has the list of committee members with their details and also a list of other information:
- Notes: some info about what the member can and cannot do.
- Key: if the member has the Toy Library’s key.
- Bank: if the member has the Toy Library’s bank account access.
- Member: if the committee member is also a member of the Toy Library.
- Admin: if the member has the MiBaseNZ Admin access.
Edit the committee’s details,
View the committee’s detail page,
Resign the committee member.
When resigning a committee member they will be hidden.
Committee detail page
This page will have the first part free for everyone that will show all information about the Committee Member and the second part is paid feature with the list of timesheets entered.
Premium Module Features
The premium Home Page has the Current month activities and the Event/Meeting Calendar for the current month and 2 next months.
If you have inserted events/meetings in the Premium page you will see different types of colours depending on which type of Event is. By clicking the date with the event you will see the event/meeting information.
It’s also possible to click the information to expand and see the complete event detail with also a link to documents.
Committee detail page
The second part has the list of timesheets entered with the ability to edit, add and delete it.
Like the timesheet for the employee, the committee are also able to add their timesheet.
With the Duty Roster only committee that are member are able to add their hours, with this module everyone have the ability to do that.
Committee Meetings and Events
The page will help the Committee to organise and schedules all meetings, events, festivals, and much more.
All events have a name, date, time, place, type of event note, where you can also add the Agenda of the meeting, and an attachment that can be the minute or something else.

The page has all the detail previously entered in the form when you create the event.
