MiBaseNZ provides toy libraries with the ability to choose which pages or functionalities a Volunteer can have access to in the admin website. Once this is set up, you can Add Volunteers to the system providing them with their own logins to a limited version of the admin website.

New Password – Bulk email

When an administrator or volunteer resets their password, they will automatically be sent this email with their new login details.

Add a Volunteer

Toy libraries can add their regular volunteers to MiBaseNZ giving them limited access to the admin website. Only admin can add volunteers.

Edit a Volunteer

Once you have added a volunteer to MiBaseNZ, if required, you are able to edit their details as well as change their password.
