MiBaseNZ allows toy libraries to design their own Public and Member Websites setting your toy library apart from everyone else.
Edit your Public & Member Websites
MiBaseNZ’s Edit Website page enables you to add introductions or specific information to the pages in both your Public and Member Websites.
Toy pages – how they differ from the Public Website
The Member Website Toy pages differ in two ways from the Public Website pages. Each page has sub-categories and the Reservable Toy page has date range fields.
My Library page
Log into the Member Website and go to the My Library page to see your toy loans, reservations, bookings, roster duties and missing pieces.
How to upload files to the My Library page
If you would like to add a file to the My Library page on the Member Website, go to Setup -> Upload Files.
My Wishlist page
Log in to the Member Website and add favourite toys to MiBaseNZ’s My Wishlist page. Then decide what toy to loan or reserve for the future.
FAQs page – how to add an FAQ
In MiBaseNZ you can create a FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) section on the Public Website. You can add questions and answers to this page.
Our Team page – how to add a team member
In MiBaseNZ you have the Our Team page that will create a blurb about each of the committee members and volunteers that work in a Toy Library.
News page – how to add an article
To add a news article to your Public Website you will need to go to News List in the Setup page. It is important to update this page monthly.
Renewing a toy in the Member Website
MiBaseNZ’s Member Website makes renewing toys easy for members to do at home. Simply click the renew button alongside the toy.
