Why is my reservation system not working? Read through this checklist, can you find the problem and fix it yourself before opening a ticket?
Before you start using MiBaseNZ’s Reservation System, you will need to check and change to your liking the settings for both admin and member websites.
Once you have set up your MiBaseNZ’s Reservation System, go to the Reservation page to reserve toys for your members.
MiBaseNZ member website makes reserving toys easy for members to do at home. Members can choose a toy, check its availability, and then reserve it.
If a reservation date needs to be changed, rather than deleting the reservation and starting again, you can simply edit the date.
MiBaseNZ’s Reservation List allows you to see all reservations made and be able to edit and/or delete them as well.
MiBaseNZ’s Reservation History page has been created so admin can see all the toy reservations that have been made in the past and the status of that reservation, was the toy loaned or had it been deleted.
