Booking a duty in the Member Website

MiBaseNZ’s Member Website makes booking a duty easy for members to do at home allowing them to choose a day that is most convenient for them.

Activating the Temporary Closure Module

MiBaseNZ’s Temporary Closure module will calculate the number of days your library is closed and extend your members membership for the same amount of days.

De-activating Overdue Fines

To avoid members being charged overdue fines when re-opening from a temporary closure, the MiBaseNZ fine system will need to be temporarily de-activated.

Setting up the Click and Collect Booking Module

MiBaseNZ has created this Click and Collect booking system for admin and members to be able to book a time to pick up and/or drop off toys. It’s a premium paid module, to activate you need to send us an email and pay for that.

How to use Click and Collect in the Member Website

Now that MiBaseNZ has this amazing click and collect booking system, members can select their own times to pick up and drop off their toys. Before they use this system however, they need to make sure they have reserved a toy.

Booking Confirmation – Email template

Once a member has made a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to their email address. Admin can edit this template to their liking by going to Setup -> Email Templates and edit “click_collect_booking “.
