Reservation List
MiBaseNZ’s Reservation List allows you to see all reservations made and be able to edit and/or delete them as well.
Reservation Reminder – Automatic email
This email is great for reminding members they have a toy reservation that needs collecting. You can decide how many days prior you would like to send this email.
Historical Reservation List
MiBaseNZ’s Reservation History page has been created so admin can see all the toy reservations that have been made in the past and the status of that reservation, was the toy loaned or had it been deleted.
Due to Expire – Automatic email
When a membership is due to expire, you can decide how many days prior you would like to send this email. The default setup is 30 days.
Membership Expired – Automatic email
When a members membership has expired, the default setup is 1 day, so they will receive the email 1 day after the membership expires.
Birthday – Automatic email
This email is for the children of your members. When it’s their birthday, a Happy Birthday email can be sent. The default setup is 0 days, so each child will receive this email on their birthday.
Roster Reminder – Automatic email
When a member has a roster booked you can decide how many days before they will receive the reminder automatic email.
Overdue Toy – Automatic email
When a member’s toys are overdue, you can decide how many days after they will start to receive the automatic email.
Member Statement – Automatic email
This email allows you to send to your members either their last three months or their full list of transactions. It will automatically be sent on the first day of every month.
Toy Stat page
MiBaseNZ’s Toy Stat page provides you with statistics for the active toys in your library. You can see % of usage, missing pieces or a toy’s popularity.
