How to add logos to the Sponsors page and sponsor’s slider
In MibaseNZ you have access to a sponsor’s logo slideshow that appears on the Home page. To activate this go to Setup -> Public Setting
Add New Toy page
MibaseNZ’s Add New Toy page is where you add a new toy to your system. Once active, can also be seen on the Member and Public Websites.
Not Active Toys page
MiBaseNZ’s Not Active page is where you can view all of your toy library’s not active toys, for example, withdrawn, damaged, missing or sold.
How to upload files in MibaseNZ
In MibaseNZ, you have the ability to upload files such as images, instructions or documents that can be used throughout all the websites.
Add a new Administrator
MiBaseNZ allows you to add multiple administrators that can work in MiBaseNZ. Each admin will have their own login details and password.
Edit an Administrator
Once you have added an administrator to MiBaseNZ, if required, you are able to edit their details as well as change their password.
How to filter data in the tables
In MiBaseNZ you can filter and sort all tables. Inside every box, you can insert some data to filter the table or sort by clicking the arrows.
