The home page of MiBaseNZ’s Admin Website lists applications, notifications and information for your library as well as quick access links that will assist you in using MiBaseNZ.
HR Module Home Page
MiBaseNZ’s Human Resource module has been created to help libraries manage their employees and timesheets in a fast and efficient way.
Timesheet page – Second Menu
MiBaseNZ’s Timesheet page is where you add new timesheets for each employee as well as seeing the timesheets for all employees.
Employees page
MiBaseNZ’s Employee page is where you can see the list of your current employees, add any new employees as well as edit or resign them.
Former Employees page
MiBaseNZ’s Former Employees page is where you can see a list of your ex-employees as well as view or edit their details page.
Understanding and using the Payment System
MiBaseNZ’s Payments page is where all transactions are made. You can view members entire transactional history.
How to make a payment
There are two types of payments that occur on MiBaseNZ’s Payments page; manual (admin adds) and automatic (these require setting up).
Manual Payments
Once you have set up your Payment Options in MiBaseNZ, making Manual Payments should be quite quick and easy to do.
Automatic Payments
Automatic payments are linked to various settings, pages and buttons within MiBaseNZ and will automatically occur when activated or selected.
Setting up the Reservation System
Before you start using MiBaseNZ’s Reservation System, you will need to check and change to your liking the settings for both admin and member websites.
