Setting Up Automatic Emails
MiBaseNZ has a different type of automatic email and you are able to activate/deactivate, choose the day to send and how many days before or after the event.
Activating the Temporary Closure Module
MiBaseNZ’s Temporary Closure module will calculate the number of days your library is closed and extend your members membership for the same amount of days.
De-activating the Temporary Closure Module
De-activating MiBaseNZ’s Temporary Closure Module must happen on the first day of re-opening to record the total number of days your library was closed.
De-activating Overdue Fines
To avoid members being charged overdue fines when re-opening from a temporary closure, the MiBaseNZ fine system will need to be temporarily de-activated.
How to setup your default region
In MiBaseNZ you can setup the default region you would like to use in the new member form by going to Setup -> Administration
Days and Times page
To set up days and times your toy library is open as well as holiday closure dates, MiBaseNZ has created the Day and Time page.
Volunteer Access Setup
MiBaseNZ gives toy libraries the ability to decide which pages/functionalities a Volunteer can have access to in the admin website.
Add a Volunteer
Toy libraries can add their regular volunteers to MiBaseNZ giving them limited access to the admin website. Only admin can add volunteers.
Edit a Volunteer
Once you have added a volunteer to MiBaseNZ, if required, you are able to edit their details as well as change their password.
How to override the loan period for holiday closures
MiBaseNZ’s holiday mode, once set up, changes the due date for toys hired over this period to be the date you re-open the library.
