This email is a great way to ask members to review their personal details and reply with any details that need to be corrected.
Welcome New Members – Bulk email
MiBaseNZ’s Welcome Email is sent after a new member joins. For efficiency, a Send Welcome Email button has been set up in two other locations.
Generic template – Bulk email
MiBaseNZ has a generic Bulk Email template where libraries can create their own emails, using shortcodes if they like, for all their members.
Setting Up Automatic Emails
MiBaseNZ has a different type of automatic email and you are able to activate/deactivate, choose the day to send and how many days before or after the event.
Due to Expire with Negative Balance – Automatic email
When a membership is due to expire with a negative balance, you can decide how many days prior you would like the email sent. The default setup is 90 days.
Add a New Member
Once you have created your different membership types, you can now start adding in your members. MiBaseNZ has a rather detailed New Members page which will automatically assign your member the next available ID number.
How important is the Membership Page
